* For certain inaccessible and / or locations requiring special arrangement to ship the products within India, the actual shipping charge by the courier company will be charged.
We urge all customers to inspect the package for any damage or tamper before receiving or signing for receipt.
Worldwide shipping :We work with premier courier companies to ship products to our customers.
We will send an email confirming the shipment of the order being placed as soon as the items are handed over to the Courier Company.
Time to ship the product mentioned on our website against each item are indicative and approximate values only and sometimes due to situations beyond our control, delays may occur. No refund, returns, replacement & exchange will be entertained for this reason.
If, for any reason, there is going to be a delay in shipping because an item is out of stock or if there is an unusual delay in filling an order, we will notify you by e-mail.
Dates for delivery are approximate only and we are not liable for any delay in delivering your order or any part of it. We may choose to deliver your order in separate parts. In some cases, we may offer to refund you for unfulfilled part of the order.
The product will be delivered to you in 7 to 15 working days.
If you return an order delivered to you, then the shipping charges for the return of the goods will be according to our Return Policy.
Custom charges depend on the rules and regulations of the country of shipment and we do not charge them from our end. If there is any custom duty levied on the shipment, we are not liable for the same. Customer will have to communicate with customs officer or courier partner as it is not in our reach.

Cancellation & Exchange/Return Policy:

Any order cancellation request will be entertained only before dispatch of the order.
Any Exchange/return request will be entertained only within 7 days from the date of Delivery of the package . No exchange/return request will be allowed after the 7 days period from Delivery date.

Usage of Promo Code:

In case you have multiple Promo Codes, in such cases, only 1 (one) promo code can be redeemed per transaction.

For offline payment mode the promo code will be accepted only within the date of expiry of the promo code.
For a payment received after the expiry of the promo code the discount will not be applicable on that order.
