The Website requires, in order to avail the services provided by yashaswi through its website “www.YashaswiSilks.com” you are required to register as a User by choosing a user name and password for creating an Account. You will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the user name and password and the account. You may create your account through your existing Gmail or Facebook account.

You also agree to:

Provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself in YashaswiSilks.com’s registration.
Maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, incomplete, or not current or if YashaswiSilks.com has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or not in accordance with the User Agreement, YashaswiSilks.com has the right to indefinitely suspend or terminate your membership and refuse to provide you with access to the Site.

Product Availability:

Due to slow connectivity of Internet, failure in processing of the order due to any technical default, etc. there may be possibilities that the item selected and put in the cart is not available anymore as the same might have been sold to other customer. Such situation occurs in cases of shortage of products/ articles of a particular range/ quality/ price discount offered/ or high demand at that point of time.

• In such an event, Yashaswi Silks will inform the Customer (provided he is a registered user on the Website) and suggest an alternate product.
• In case the Customer chooses a different product, Yashaswi Silks shall confirm the new order.
• If the cost of the new selection is more expensive than the previous one, the Customer shall have to pay the differential amount.
• If the cost of the new selection is less expensive than the previous one, Yashaswi Silks shall refund the excess amount to the Customer in the manner specified below in this Terms of Use.

Payment:

Customers can make online payments using his/her/ credit/debit card; and we as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the pre-set limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.
In the event the bank rejects to honor any payment transaction made by a Customer towards an order, Yashaswi Silks shall have the right to refuse to ship the order to the Customer without any liability whatsoever.
